Since
its inception in 1961, Santa Clara's Evening MBA program has supplied
the region's businesses with employees who are well grounded in
graduate business study and whose skills are sought by the largest
employers in Silicon Valley.
Most
Evening MBA students are working professionals, forming a broad
network of contacts within some of the leading companies in the
region. Along with their studies, MBA students invest time in student
groups such as the MBA Student Association and the MBA Consulting
Group. Others are working on business plans and financing for companies
to be launched soon after graduationor even before.
To
find out more about the Evening MBA program, attend one of the regularly
scheduled Info Sessions on campus.
During the event, you'll meet School of Business faculty and staff,
current students and alumni.
All
classes are held in the evening; there are no day time classes.
Classes meet two evenings (Mondays & Wednesdays or Tuesdays
& Thursdays) at the following times: 5:30-6:45, 7:05-8:20, 8:30-9:45.
Most students are working full time and taking classes part time.
Those students who choose to attend full time can finish in approximately
two years; part time students usually obtain their degree in three
to three and a half years. Students have up to six years to complete
the program.
A
good way to learn about a graduate program is to examine information
posted for current students (fees, classes offered, deadlines, etc).
