"It's time to answer the perennial question of how does HR positively impact the organization. This program focuses specifically on resolving that basic issue." - Jac Fitz-enz, Ph.D., Founder and CEO, Workforce Intelligence Institute

The HR Leadership Program (HRLP) is a 3-day program that redefines what it means to be a Human Resources leader in today's complex business environment. Program participants will develop new frameworks to understand their new role as a Human Capital leader, the capabilities required for success in that role, and how their increased leadership capacity can dramatically impact organizational outcomes and competitiveness.

Human Capital, the corporate asset for which HR has traditionally been the steward, is now in the eye of the competitive storm. Talent has been identified as the most important organizational resource over the next twenty years. A window of opportunity has been created for HR leaders to play a new and critical role on their executive team, driving positive business results and market value through human capital excellence.

Program topics include: executive, strategic and critical thinking, leadership capabilities and brand, critical new skills for your HR team, creating an internal HR talent pipeline, alternatives for managing the HR function, HR impact and metrics, and leading edge topics and value added HR practices that are changing the future of the HR profession. Program participants will engage in a learning environment building on principles that reinforce HR impact over HR activity.
