Organizational Analysis and Management
- Dr.
Delbecq joined Santa Clara University in 1979 and served as dean
until 1989. He served previously on the faculty at the University
of Wisconsin, Madison. Professor Delbecq's research has focused
on three topics: decision-making techniques for strategic planning,
board of directors and CEO behaviors required by dynamic change,
and the management of innovation.
