Does all this sound excessively cautious and paranoid to you? Are you aware that there are over 800,000 attorneys in the United States? Every one of these attorneys is a person who worked hard to get through Law School and now expects to make good money. And the only way they can make those high earnings is by suing you or me, or defending us against the suits of others. Think about that the next time you are inclined to make a rash statement on the record.
